We would like to welcome Elizabeth and Andrew Zdravkovski to the Woolshed Restaurant.
Andrew is an experienced chef, and has just returned to Australia after working in the UK for 5 years, including at the Bread Street Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. Elizabeth is originally from Hungary, however, she migrated to England where she met Andrew, and due to Andrew being Australian she has now migrated to Australia.

Christmas Day Lunch ($75 pp):
Start with a Christmas Fizz (Cointreau liquor and blood orange juice topped with sparkling wine )
- Cold Trio of Ham, Turkey and Pork Terrine
(Layered ham, turkey breast and pork loin wrapped in bacon, served with cranberry jelly, dressed mix salad and toast )
- Traditional Christmas Turkey
(Both white and brown turkey meat with Christmas stuffing, served with roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots and cranberry gravy )
- Outback Surf and Turf
(Kangaroo steak with grilled prawns, served with roast potatoes, red wine gravy and a side of mixed green salad )
- Christmas Pudding Trifle
(Traditional Christmas pudding layered with orange slices and mascarpone custard, topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate)
