We would like to welcome Elizabeth and Andrew Zdravkovski to the Woolshed Restaurant.  

 Andrew is an experienced chef, and has just returned to Australia after working in the UK for 5 years, including at the Bread Street Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay and Jamie’s Italian.

Elizabeth is originally from Hungary, however, she migrated to England where she met Andrew, and due to Andrew being Australian she has now migrated to Australia.

Germein Sisters coming to the Woolshed Restaurant 5th April 2014

Popular Adelaide Hills-based trio, the Germein Sisters, will perform under the stars at Rawnsley Park Station on Saturday, April 5.

The talented sisters – Georgia, Clara and Ella – will perform songs from their latest album Because You Breathe, recorded in Ireland with The Corrs’ producer Billy Farrell.

Praised by critics and the media for their catchy, yet meaningful, lyrics and exquisite harmonies, the Germein Sisters’ unique blend of pop/rock/folk has left music lovers both in Australia and overseas spellbound.

The Rawnsley Park concert, based on the sisters’ Adelaide Fringe show at the iconic Spiegeltent, will be the second time the Germein family have performed in the Flinders Ranges, though not for many years.

Tasting Australia

Prime lamb from Rawnsley Park Station will star in a series of special ‘Lamb Selection’ dinners at Rawnsley’s Woolshed Restaurant as part of Tasting Australia. 

A four-course tasting menu, designed to showcase the station’s Merino X Dohne lamb, has been developed by head chef Andrew Zdravkovski. 

 His menu includes Lamb Loin Bresaola with Mint Pesto; Parsley and Mango Crusted Lamb Cutlet on Artichoke Puree; and Braised Leg of Lamb with Slow Cooked Red Cabbage and Mint, followed by a selection of South Australian cheese.  Each course will be matched with a glass of Southern Flinders Ranges wine.  The station manager will join guests to tell them about life on the station.

Lamb Selection Dinners will be held on Sunday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 29, and Thursday, May 1 and Saturday, May 3.  They cost $75 per person for four courses, including a glass of matching wine per course.  A Tasting Australia package, including two night's accommodation in a luxury Eco Villa, the lamb selection dinner, a Sunset on the Chace tour and a bottle of Bundaleer Sparkling Shiraz is also available for $495 per person, twinshare.
