Entrée – per table

Platters of Crab and Avocado Pate, garlic prawns and Smoked Salmon.

Main

Traditional Roast Turkey served with leg ham, Rosemary roasted Potatoes, roast vegetables, cranberry sauce and gravy.
Atlantic Salmon served with Caper Sauce and rosemary roasted Potatoes with green leaf salad.
Scotch Fillet cooked as you like it with Rosemary roasted Potatoes, roast vegetables and provençale butter.
Roasted Capsicum stuffed with Dahl and rice served with green leaf salad (suitable for vegans and – and gluten free).

Dessert

Christmas Plum Pudding served with custard and cream.
Homemade Lemon delicious pudding served with rich cream Homemade Rocky Road Ice-cream.
