Canapés - marinated kangaroo crûtes – caramelised onion crûtes – tomato and basil brushetta

Entree - Homemade Sweet potato  and ginger soup.

Main – Fillet of beef rolled in pink peppercorns and Flinders pepper leaf  served medium rare with Bordelaise  jus, roasted rosemary potatoes  and green leaf salad.

Dessert – The Woolshed’s layered chocolate ganach. Cheese and fruit board and coffee.
