Lamb Tasting Dinners
Hosted by the managers of Rawnsley Park Station, our Lamb Tasting Dinner is a wonderful dining experience celebrating station lamb sourced directly from our property. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines presented by a local winemaker, creating a refined and immersive evening of food and wine.
The dinner is held in the Woolshed Restaurant from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with numbers strictly limited to 20 guests to ensure an intimate experience.
If minimum numbers (6 guests) are not met four days prior, the dinner will be cancelled.
Price: $175 per person. Bookings and pre-payment are required. Non-refundable 72 hours before the dinner.

Rawnsley Lamb on the Spit dinners
Run on Wednesday evenings throughout School Holidays, our lamb spit dinners are family friendly and showcase our homegrown lamb in a buffet style 2 course dinner.
Timings: 2 Sittings: 5.30pm and 7.00pm
Pricing: Adults $62 I Child (5-15 years) $31

Roast Station Lamb, Pork Ham Roast, with Roast Vegetables and Salad.
Dessert of Bread-and-Butter pudding and Winter Apple Trifle.
